WeatherTech Return Policy

To return a product, please visit our Customer Order Online Help Center. Enter your order number and the billing postal code (as it was entered on your order) to retrieve your order and select the products you would like to return. Follow the directions on-screen to begin the return process. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 905-6287 to obtain a return authorization number. This will be issued via email within 1-3 business days from the date of request.

All products must be returned in new, unused condition, preferably in their original box. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer on all returns. All returns are subject to inspection prior to any potential refund being issued. This can take up to 5 business days. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Any returns without a valid return authorization number will be refused. Please write the return authorization number below our return address on the outside of the box.
